Note for Return and exchange

"Our rule is valid for 24 hours. If a full day has passed since you bought the item, we're sorry, but we can't give you back your money or change the item for something else."

• "We accept return requests only for defective/damaged items or if the received product is different from what was ordered.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• Exchanges are only accepted if you receive a different design from what you ordered.

• "Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable."

• To process a return, you must email us at kalpvrund.art @gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, including an unboxing video and images of the received parcel.

• Used products will not be exchanged

• We will verify the complaint and arrange for a return pickup if necessary.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging with the label intact.

Upon receipt of the parcel in good condition, a refund will be issued to the provided details, excluding shipping charges.
